What our property management service includes:
Our team of experienced property managers will manage all of the day-to-day operations of your property so you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you would like on your investment.
** This rate is decreased to 8% if owner has 10 units or more under Intrigue Property Management.

Leasing
What our leasing service includes:
We will advertise the property, conduct showings, and screen/present you with a list of qualified applicants. You as the property owner always have final approval of which tenants you would like to lease to.
** Maximum of $1,800 leasing fee applied if the property owner has signed up for a 1-year term of Property Management with Intrigue Property Management.
initial consultation to determine rent rate based on the property's condition and market data
capture professional listing photos of property and syndicate listing to 40+ online rental sites
conduct property showings (we offer both in-person, guided showings with our team as well as self-show tours)
handle tenant screening and run thorough background checks on every applicant

Project Management
What our project management service includes:
Purchasing an as-is property? We have a network of dedicated contractors that offer our clients below-market pricing. We'll manage the large scale renovation to get the property rent or listing ready.
** Billed in real-time as contractors are paid and materials are purchased.
scope of work consultation ($500 SOW charge will be applied. $300 of the SOW charge will be credited back off of first project management fee if the project moves forward.)
